Since May 1997, I have served the Okanagan as a dedicated Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner (RHIP), with my clinical roots firmly planted in West Kelowna. My career has been built right here in the Valley, from years of private clinical practice to working inside the corporate chain model. These experiences taught me a vital lesson: the best clinical outcomes don’t always happen inside a traditional retail office.

I provide mobile clinical hearing assessments, independent device fittings, and technology upgrades throughout the entire Okanagan Valley corridor.
