Since May 1997, I have served the Okanagan as a dedicated Hearing Instrument Practitioner. My career has been built right here in the Valley, from years of clinical practice to working within the corporate chain model. These experiences taught me a vital lesson: the best clinical outcomes don’t always happen in a traditional office.
Valley Mobile Hearing Care is my response to a retail environment that often prioritizes volume over value. I bring a laboratory-standard mobile suite and the MedRx Avant ARC diagnostic system directly to your door. My mission is simple: to provide the most precise hearing care in British Columbia, delivered with a patient-centered approach.
Why I Do What I Do
I’ve spent 30 years in the hearing industry for one simple reason: I love helping people. There is nothing more rewarding than watching the transformation that happens when someone reconnects with their family and friends. As a single father raising two children here in the Okanagan, I understand the value of those family connections firsthand. My goal is to bridge the gap that hearing loss creates by providing a patient-centered experience that isn't dictated by retail quotas or rushed appointments. By bringing clinical care directly to your home, I can take the time necessary to focus entirely on you, helping you regain those vital moments with the people you love.
